Kemenag Barru dan BPN Gelar Rapat Koordinasi Percepatan Sertifikasi Tanah Wakaf

Kemenagbarru , 25 Februari 2025 – Kantor Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) Kabupaten Barru bersama Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Barru menggelar rapat koordinasi dan sosialisasi percepatan sertifikasi tanah wakaf. Kegiatan ini dihadiri langsung oleh Kepala BPN Barru, Ibu Filzah Wajdi, serta Kepala Kantor Kemenag Barru, Dr. H. Jamaruddin, M.Ag.

Rapat ini difasilitasi oleh Plt. Penyuluh Zakat Wakaf Kemenag Barru, Dr. H. Muhlis Hakim, M.Pd., MM., serta diikuti oleh Kepala KUA, operator SIWAK, staf zakat wakaf, dan Seksi Bimas Islam. Bertempat di Aula Kantor Kemenag Kabupaten Barru, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat koordinasi guna mempercepat sertifikasi tanah wakaf sesuai komitmen Kementerian Agama.

“Kami melaksanakan tugas dengan berkoordinasi dan mensosialisasikan percepatan sertifikasi tanah wakaf. Ini adalah bagian dari komitmen Kementerian Agama yang terus diperkuat mulai dari tingkat pusat, kanwil, hingga ke tingkat kabupaten. Saat ini, hampir seluruh kabupaten telah bergerak dalam program ini. Dalam kesempatan ini plt.penyelenggara zakat wakaf juga membuat group WA sebagai Forum komunikasi bersama dengan tim dari BPN Barru dengan Kemenag Barru yg terdiri dari kepala KUA, operator siwak dan staf peny.zakat wakaf ” ujar Dr. H. Muhlis Hakim.

Kepala Kemenag Barru, Dr. H. Jamaruddin, M.Ag., mengungkapkan bahwa di Kabupaten Barru saat ini terdapat 357 lokasi tanah wakaf yang telah bersertifikat. Selain itu, terdapat tanah wakaf yang sudah memiliki Akta Ikrar Wakaf (AIW), yang prosesnya difasilitasi oleh Kepala KUA selaku Pejabat Pembuat Akta Ikrar Wakaf.

“Kami berharap para Kepala KUA dan operator dapat mengangkat permasalahan yang dihadapi di lapangan. Dengan kehadiran Ibu Kepala BPN Barru, kami berharap bisa mendapatkan solusi terbaik agar layanan sertifikasi tanah wakaf semakin optimal. Kehadiran beliau di sini memberikan motivasi bagi kita semua dalam meningkatkan pelayanan sertifikasi tanah wakaf di Kabupaten Barru,” ujarnya.

Sementara itu, Kepala BPN Barru, Ibu Filzah Wajdi, menekankan pentingnya tertib administrasi dalam pengelolaan tanah wakaf.

“Fokus utama kami adalah memastikan bahwa semua lokasi tanah wakaf terdaftar di BPN. Hal ini untuk mengurangi potensi konflik atau sengketa di kemudian hari. AIW yang telah diterbitkan wajib didaftarkan ke BPN dalam waktu maksimal satu bulan sesuai regulasi yang berlaku. Proses ini mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf serta Permen ATR/BPN Nomor 2 Tahun 2017,” jelasnya.

Rapat koordinasi ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses sertifikasi tanah wakaf di Kabupaten Barru, sekaligus meningkatkan sinergi antara Kemenag dan BPN dalam memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat. (dini)
